"The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. The breakfast was a bit limited in its choices especially for healthier options such as fresh fruit. "

"Hotel con buena ubicación en frente de la playa. De todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado en régimen de todo incluido éste es el peor, especialmente por las bebidas en los bares y coemedores. No incluyen ningun cóctel y si pides cualquier combinado, tipo gintònic, podemos entender que no seqa de importación pero no que te lo sirvan en un baso pequeño de plàstico y nisiquiera se molesten a poner un trozo de limón a no ser que pagues más por ello."

"We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)!...

"Spot was clean and very well put together. Plenty of amenities and the price was a steal. Good deal already and the discount from expedia even better. While i didnt see any daily staff other than the housekeeper, they were quick to respond to any requests even in the ealry early morning when i was locked out of the room."

"Amazing location in old town. Very close to the shops and market but not on the centre of it. Quiet location. The hosts are incredibly accommodating, all questions about restaurants, beaches and transportation were answered straight away, regardless of the time of day or night. Highly recommend staying here. Their customer service was amazing. "

"La verdad el hotel es estupendo, esta un poco alejado del centro pero es mejor, se recomienda alquilar un coche para poder recorrer todo, no se encuentra totalmente en la canea pero tiene muy facil llegado. lo bueno del hotel aparte del servicio y demas es que posee cocina propia en las habitacion asi que podes cocinarte algo tranquilamente. SUPER RECOMENDABLE"
