"Rooms are well appointed and location is great but the age of the building shows. Any one even steps on the floor next to or above your room and it can be heard very loudly. Also, there is no street parking here. The website is not accurate. You have to park you car elsewhere and get your luggage here"

"We had an amazing honeymoon stay at this hotel. The room was new and very clean. The provided robe and slippers were a great touch! The best part is the staff. They were attentive, helpful, and friendly. They went above and beyond and sent a very sweet honeymoon gift and note. The location is central and a short walk to a safe underground public parking lot (paid) and grocery store. Breakfast on the rooftop was consistent and very tasty. 11/10 hotel! Would stay here again in the heartbeat."

"I loved the location for visiting Old Town. It's also conveniently located right next to the bus station so I recommend taking the the bus from the airport it will save you a ton. The breakfast was good as were the drinks at the bar. I'd do dinner at the surrounding restaurants. Overall it's a very nice place"

"Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again"

Only issue is parking because old town Chania is not accessible by car, so you have to find parking about a 1/2 mile away and walk. Still worth it, just be prepared for the parking spot hunt. (We found parking garage, and paid about 25€ a day)"

"As specified already when booking, there’s no parking at the hotel but there is one that is not far from the hotel at a convenient walking distance which is the one recommended by the hotel. When I arrived, I was able to find a parking there. We were thankful for this recommendation by the Hotel. "

"This hotel is situated directly on the port-the epicenter of everything happening in Chania. In hindsight, we probably should have expected a lively and very loud atmosphere. This is no fault of the hotel; people are on holiday and naturally want to enjoy themselves.
