"The breakfast was already laid out buffet style. Would be nice to have freshly cooked fried eggs but what we had was good. A vast array of breakfast to suit every need and not restricted to amounts. Clean large room. Friendly helpful staff. Because it was April visit no hot tub as the holiday season not yet in full swing. Lovely old harbour but an evening walk to harbour restaurants."

"Every was amazing except the weather, but can't blame the hotel for that. Sleeping with the slidding door slightly open was amazing as you hear the waves crash. The jacuzzi helped after a long day of walking. Overall amazing stay."

They go out of their way to accommodate and help. Breakfast was delicious and one of the best I’ve had and it by itself was a great experience. "Firstly the location .. right on the Venetian harbour.. close to everything! The room was beautiful- spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was very good ..a tick list with plenty of options and all felt fresh. The staff were excellent .. couldn’t do enough for you and so friendly! Two minor things for balance .. it was a little noisy in the evenings .. some of the bars were playing music until after midnight and the sound proofing was not the best.
