"Unfortunately, due to a problem in the reservations system, our reservation appeared as cancelled and the hotel was fully booked. Hotel owners did everything possible to find a similar accomodation. They were a model of kindness and professionality and gave us an accomodation more expensive and they paid the difference of price. I regret we could not stay at the hotel, but, no doubt, this wil be our choice hotel if we return to Katoomba and we will recommend it to all our friends and colleagues."

"Disability friendly. No stairs at Entrance. Ramps to kitchen and lounge area. Lift to lower floor. Stayed in a 4 bed room. Emergency Exit is also on the lower floor. Disabled toilet combined with disabled shower located on main floor. Will stay again."

"This was a great location for our touring family. They were very helpful when we called to request a main floor room because of mobility issues. We arrived late and checked out relatively early so didn't get a chance to interact with front desk very much. We did not expect daily housekeeping so left some dirty dishes to address after our day out but when we got back, the dishes had been washed, dried and put away to our surprise!
