"The hotel was extremely hot and so was our room. The thermostat could not keep up. The elevator literally was beyond slow - the hotel attendant at the front desk had to get up and literally send it to us. They did not clarify that the breakfast in the morning had a charge of $19.99 per person. We also were charged $50 to check in early - it was 100 degrees that day, so we chose to suck it up. Would have stayed elsewhere had I known all these things."

"We came into town overnight to go to a ballgame. The property was clean and inviting. The front desk staff were awesome and helpful at check in.
The room was very clean and plenty of room for my son and I. The bedding and sheets were very comfortable. Only minor thing that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower.
The breakfast in the morning was very good.
The surrounding area around the hotel felt safe though I didn’t walk around in the neighborhood….. I really felt like the hotel...

The downside was the refrigerator wasn’t working properly, our room was not vacuumed during our 5 day stay and weren’t made aware the option to have a microwave for the stay for an additional $10."

"Love the room. We got a suite with a pull out sofa with a separate kitchen and sitting space. Parking valet is a must. There is a parking structure close by but you’re better off paying that small hotel fee than to try to find parking for your vehicle. Entrance to the front of the hotel is small so pay attention to the turn in or you might have to drive all the way around to get back to the front of the entrance. "We went there during the crab fest and a country concert so it took us a little bit to be able to check in. There were mystery stains in the rug in the room. Coffee pot didn't work and they never addressed that. The pool is small, so you had to reserve an hour to use it and that's only if it is not booked up"

"For nearly $400 per night, this hotel was extremely underwhelming and did not live up to the price. We paid extra for a room with a view, but the view itself wasn’t impressive enough to justify the added cost. It honestly felt like a waste of money.
