"Gym needs a little revamp, also lobby scent very over powering. Other than that, great hotel, great staff and great location."

"We had to extend our stay an extra day after both getting food poisoning at the food court place up the street. We had a full day of being hideously sick. When we contacted the staff it was all very matter of fact from them. They added an extra night and that was about the extent of their help. No checking up, no asking if they could be of any help, no nothing. They were friendly and welcoming up to that point, but the indifference shown after we were both so ill was quite astonishing. "

"Hotel was well located in the old city. It’s a unique venue, but don’t expect a lot of amenities. We had to drag our suitcases up a flight of stairs where there was no elevator access. No one on the staff offered to help. Breakfast was the minimus compared to what we were used to at a full service hotel. Overall, stay was pleasant. Don’t expect a modern state experience."

"The hotel was nice and had a great atmosphere. I found the staff were really helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect. The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. "Very nice, quiet room with good AC. Great breakfast, great and friendly service. Within walking distance of good restaurants and cafes. No pool or gym, but lovely lobby area with seats and tables and refreshments. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel lobby and our room were very clean and nicely appointed. The receptionists were are helpful in suggesting sightseeing and dining tips. The location was excellent with the Grand Place nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Our friends had a room close to ours which made it convenient."

"El aire acondicionado tenía 3 días descompuesto estábamos a casi 30 grados dentro de la habitación y nunca lo arreglaron o avisaron antes de recibirnos. Y no resolvieron nada , el personal fue amable pero jamás pudo resolver , tuvimos que cambiar de hotel y hacer otro gasto ."

"This hotel was just ok. I definitely would not stay here in the summer again because the room was so hot and the windows did not have screens and let mosquitoes in. The room was pretty clean but had a lot of wear and tear and dingy baseboards."

"The room was spacious and really nice quality and there were great amenities. The location was a 20 minute walk from the central areas but it was still close to transit and a safe location. Staff were nice as well."

"Great location, but minimal/basic room (Double Room King) comparable to dorm room furniture (not very comfortable). Room also had squeaky floor boards."
