Kiahuna Plantation Resort is the only beachfront condominium resort in Poipu. The plantation style architecture is surrounded by over thirty acres of lagoons, lily and koi ponds, swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and plumeria trees accented by meticulously maintained lawns. The white sands of Kiahuna Beach are perfect for a day at the beach and the blue crystal waters are ideal for swimming, surfing, snorkeling, and more.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Fantastic Location

We stayed here in June 2025. The location is fantastic--great views of surfing from the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. We loved that the kitchen and living area were on the top floor which meant everyone could enjoy the best view. Also, the Yeti-type cooler available for use was much appreciated, and the lovely bottle of champagne that greeted us was a real treat. The only negative is the quality of the mattresses and bedding---to be truly "excellent", those need to be upgraded. A Nespresso coffee machine would also elevate the experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Kauai! The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, and the layout gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The kitchen was especially well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add a simple egg crate or mattress topper to the beds—they were a bit on the firm side for our taste. But overall, we absolutely loved our time here and would definitely return!

Kauai Vacation

The location and property were outstanding. I didn't like renting through VRBO and then, without any communication from VRBO, being asked to sign a separate contract with Parrish Collection. In this day and age of fraud, I would have appreciated some communication.

Nice condo close to beach

Well equipped and well decorated condo overlooking a pond with an ocean view. Good location near restaurants and shopping. Spectacular orchid garden across from condo entrance. Bedrooms and bath downstairs while kitchen and living room are upstairs which was a little inconvenient at times. Beach chairs are provided.

Excellent Condo

We have come to kiahuna plantation 6 of the last 7 years. We were very pleased with this condo, location to the beach, cleanliness, and prompt responses from the Parrish property management company! Highly recommend this condo!

Great location on Kiahuna Beach

We've been coming to the Kiahuna Plantation Resort for many years. The property is ideally located right on Kiahuna Beach and this specific unit has a great view of the ocean and is only 100 yards or so to the water. The only downside of the resort itself is that the pool, hot tub, etc. is across the street up at Poipu Athletic Club, so you have to walk quite a ways or drive up there (i.e. you can't really bounce from the beach to the pool easily). But it's a small price to pay for such a spacious unit with full kitchen, great views, and great proximity to the beach. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone and would definitely stay here again. Beds were plenty comfortable, unit is very clean, and we had a great time playing on the foosball coffee table. Love it!

Excellent location, beautiful property, well equipped kitchen. Loved the view of the beach The only thing that could be better is the location of the common Barbecue it was a bit of a walk. Other than that we will be back for sure.

Beautiful beach condo

This condo was clean and beautiful. The location was perfect and we were so close to the beach. While our kids napped we were able to enough the sun from the upstairs balcony. They even had kids plates and cups for us to use. It was nice to have AC and a washer/dryer in the unit. Highly recommend to anyone wanting close access to the beach and views from the unit.

Perfect Location!

We were so happy and comfortable here. The condo had everything we needed for dad, mom and two teens. We were so grateful to have beach chairs and towels provided for us. What a game changer! We also utilized the outdoor grill which was in pristine condition. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and everything worked properly. Salt and pepper and foil were provided. The patios were prefect for the four of us to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. The condo was spacious and clean and A/C was a treat. Whoever stocked this unit was very thoughtful and thorough. It was close to the beach, restaurants, and short walk to coffee and shopping. The very slight downside was that the beds were just ok and pretty noisy at the smallest movement. Also, trying to communicate with property management about beach towels required several texts, a phone conversation and a visit to the athletic club and we received differing answers each time. Initially we were told we could just swap them out (but were denied). Then later were told we need to pay for housekeeping, then finally told to wash them ourselves. Again, we were so grateful to have the towels provided but slow and poor communication cost us a day on the beach. Still, this place exceeded our expectations. If you go, just plan on washing your beach towels and allow some extra drying time. Check-out was a breeze outside of being heartbroken to leave this beautiful place. We would highly recommend.

We loved the unit the view can’t be beat and Kiahuna Plantation is just the most beautiful property. It was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely return!

Great place with a fabulous view of the ocean.

Perfect place for entertaining . The rest of the family was at the Sheraton, so we hosted dinners. Pleasantly surprised to find the unit had a washer and dryer .

Great Winter Escape!

Super convenient location! This unit was filled with beautiful natural light and spacious rooms. Very clean. easy check-in instructions. The only gentle suggestion is to provide some pantry items for guests like olive oil, ziplock bags, seasonings: things that guests won’t use up entirely during their stay—so expensive to buy for single use. If property provides these items, multiple guests could use. Other units I’ve stayed had have provided some pantry items and it was super helpful! Thanks! Overall, great stay!
