Tucked among the oak trees, on a quiet side street in Southern Shores, this carefully reimagined six-bedroom oceanside stunner represents the perfect blend of classic Outer Banks exterior paired with a sophisticated mix of modern, high-end furnishings meant to foster an exclusive resort experience. Scraped maple hardwood flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel Viking appliances, and, when built, what was the largest private pool (40x16) in Southern Shores, are a few of the highlights.

The tone is set for your vacation when your first step through the door and that same attention to detail extends to the design of the house. Intimate yet roomy bedrooms, featuring four king beds including two en suites, each displaying a unique style and vision creating each guest a sanctuary of sorts. Two additional bedrooms highlight the versatility of your options with two queens and two twin bunk sets. The masterfully designed open floor plan offers large combined spaces to smaller nooks and crannies. For movie nights and sporting events, guests have the choice of the living area or media room, both outfitted with large flat-screen TVs and comfy yet stylish decor. In a setting sure to impress, prepare the family seafood feasts in your fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. Enjoy those meals at the formal dining area, breakfast nook, breakfast bar, or various outdoor areas, featuring both covered and sun decks with seating galore.

Hidden on a quiet side street gives the feeling of seclusion while just 300 feet from semiprivate beach access. When not at the beach, guests will enjoy the oversized private pool and hot tub area. When it's time to venture out, Duck Village, featuring the most concentrated area of live music, shopping, and dining, is located just over a mile away, easily accessible by foot or bicycle via the multi-use path running from 12 Fourth Ave all the way into town.

2 parking passes are available with a $15 deposit per pass for Southern Shores amenities in 2025. Amenities include beach parking, tennis, and community parks.

Pool and hot tub are available from mid-May through mid-October. Please note, the hot tub is not available year-round.

The fireplace is available from October to March.

For 2026, 12 Fourth Ave will include credit for $315 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 3rd and October 18th, 2026 (tentative dates, 7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!
