"The place was great and in a great location. The only negative is that the outlets were not working in any of the bathrooms. This should be fixed before another guest stays in the unit."

"To celebrate our son’s graduation we took a beach vacation with our family. The location to the beach access was fantastic, easy walk just five minutes or less away. The area was family friendly: safe places for our boys to either bike or run. The house and outside area provided everything we needed. Kitchen was very well equipped and organized. So many houses feel like they are furnished with spare furniture and linens. This was not the case here. It felt like the entire home was coordinated and intentionally designed to provide a premium experience. "This was our 6th trip to Duck and this was, by far, the best house we've ever stayed in. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The location alone cannot be beat - you are from steps the beach and just down the street from restaurants and shopping. The house was outstanding! So clean, updated showers and really well stocked - we had everything we needed for the week. Mike was quick to respond to any questions or to give me updates. We can't wait to come back!"

"The house was great and super close to the beach! The house is super roomy and well stocked. Our doggies loved it too, especially the cozy front porch in the AMs after their walk. The pool is a good size but still too cold since its not heated (it did state that in amenities so we knew) and fenced in yard was ideal for our fur babies. We would go back! "We enjoyed the stay at Sea Dunes. We experienced an issue with the first place we rented a couple days before traveling there. The owner had a pipe burst and her rental was unlivable but she contacted us immediately and had found another rental just 4 doors away from hers. The owner quickly ensured we had another place to stay while her place D2 was going to be repaired.The owner made all the arrangements for us to get in touch with the new owner in D6. "This house was great for our family. Hosts were helpful with pre-stocking options for groceries as I didn't want to have to worry about that when I first got in. The location is great . And close to many stores and local restaurants. I would only recommend that you get a golf cart if you have young kids (6 and below) because while the beach isn't that far -kids come with a lot of stuff so managing all of the things and the distance to the beach maybe challenging without a golf cart."
