Come and spend some time at the beach, 4 bedroom 2 bath home waiting for you. Less then 2 miles from the ocean, and close to many amazing restaurants this cottage is a great spot for vacation. Private home with large yard including fire pit. Enjoy the evening air on the screened in porch with swing.

Great Location

Dog friendly 4 bedroom 2 bath house. Outdoor stairs easier for some to get to second floor. The spiral staircase inside is not ideal for people who may have mobility issues. Comfortable temperature control. W/D in good working condition. Limited cooking utensils. May want to bring favorite pots/pans if you’re planning on meal prep. We all felt very comfortable staying there and the location is tops!! Centrally located and close to beaches, shops, restaurants , etc. Two very friendly cats live outside.

Could be better

The communication with the property owners was quick. The location of the house was great. You have some privacy and away from the busy roads. The house definitely needs cleaning. Whoever cleans the property needs a boost to get them to clean it for all guests. It was very difficult going up the steps to the kitchen. If you have any disabilities and unable to go up steps good, this house definitely isn’t for you. Hopefully there can be a better way to access the kitchen in the vulture. With the kitchen being upstairs, that wasn’t easy either. With my husband and dad having a hard time going up steps like what is inside the house, we hardly cooked. In the photos, it shows that one of the rooms had 2 twin beds, that wasn’t the case. It has a full/queen in it. I booked the place with the impression of having the single beds for the kids. The light in the upstairs bathroom does not sit off. That can be a hazard. None of the bathrooms doors lock except the bedroom door that leads to the bathroom. So anyone can walk in on each other. The instructions about taking the trash cans to the rd was a bit difficult because there was trash already in the cans when we got there. Once we took them to the top of the driveway, they never took the trash. The other neighbors got their trash taken except this house. If you do book this house with intentions of bringing multiple people, you won’t be able to sit in the living room all together. This place definitely needs upgrades and convenience

Secluded fun

This place was great. Clean when we checked in. Secluded from the neighbors. Quiet. Nice grill and fire pit. Very well maintained inside and out. Would stay there again.

Super cute

Overall loved the place! the owner answered very fast when we came across a small problem and fixed it immediately, the house was very nice and came with some cute kitties who would visit frequently. the house location was great since it was only a 4 minute drive from the beach but close to a variety of shopping centers!
