As of 2.23.24 2024: The bathroom is currently being renovated with a tile shower.

Oceanfront with lots of updates! "Sea Breeze" offers beautiful ocean views from the private 2nd floor balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise, or enjoy an evening drink listening to the waves roll in! The living room includes a new queen-size sleeper sofa and a recliner with a direct view of the ocean. The dining table offers direct ocean views while enjoying home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The Sea Breeze has a Keurig for the perfect cup of coffee. Close to restaurants for those nights, you would like to dine out or visit the shops along the South Virginia Dare Trail and then enjoy a moonlit walk along the beach. The bedroom at Sea Breeze has a king bed with a new mattress. Come enjoy this beachfront getaway with beds made, a washer/dryer in the unit as well as TVs in the living room AND the bedroom. All this plus Free Wi-Fi.

Cozy Place Right on the Beach

The property was as advertised. Great location since we were basically a 30 second walk to the beach. The condo itself had everything we needed, it was perfect for the two of us. The location within the Outer Banks was also perfect as it was very central in the Nags Head / Kill Devil Hills / Kitty Hawk area. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, updated & comfortable

This was our first time to OBX & we thoroughly enjoyed it. Between the Wright brothers memorial & all the light houses, along with taking the wild horses trip, there was plenty to do. This was a beautiful condo that suited our purposes. We sat on the balcony & watched sunrises & the waves breaking anytime of the day. We noticed that our boardwalk to the beach had no stairs, unlike all the other ones around us & the beach was clean and comfortable. The pool was large enough and there were plenty of chairs to sun yourself, along with a couch & tables under the shade. Overall, First Flight retreat was a beautiful facility

Lovely condo with fantastic ocean views. Well appointed with comfortable furnishings. Thoughtful welcome gift had all the essentials. Wish we had longer. We definitely plan to return!

Great condo on the beach !

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and updated. Perfect location in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. The oceanfront views from the unit were spectacular. We’ll definitely stay here the next time we visit OBX.
