"Ik ben vaker in een novotel geweest, over het algemeen zijn de kamers/hotel goed onderhouden en schoon. Dit Novotel was daarintegen slecht onderhouden kamers waren klein en niet schoon. Ook ontbijtplek was susperlelijk aangekleed en zag er niet aantrekkelijk uit. Er was een enorme stank bij de receptie ..."
