Located in Lower Village Kennebunk, just a few steps away from Dock Square and all it has to offer, including boutique shops, restaurants, entertainment, and boating. This home is also approximately 1 mile from Gooch's Beach, Mother's Beach, and Middle Beach. Enjoy the front porch after a day at the beach.

We offer Beach chairs, toys, an umbrella, and towels to ease the packing load for our guests.

This house features a bright full eat-in kitchen with an adjoining dining room and a comfortable living area. There is a 3/4 bath downstairs, a full bath upstairs along with the 3 bedrooms (Bedroom #1 : 1 King plus a pullout twin-size ottoman, bedroom #2 : 1 queen, and Bedroom #3 : 2 twins.) The living room has a pullout queen-sized couch and another pullout twin-size ottoman.

The house is ideal for 2 families vacationing together, a single family, or a week with a group of friends! Perfect walking distance to restaurants and entertainment, just park and forget the car! The guests have full access of the house and backyard.

As a Superhost, we aim to be available to our guests as much as possible. We are right here in town and are here to help.
