"Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. From the moment I arrived, there were multiple issues that made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable. The room was not properly cleaned, with noticeable hygiene issues that made me uncomfortable. Basic amenities were either missing or not working properly, and the overall condition of the hotel felt neglected and poorly maintained. Customer service...

"I booked it for 2 people. Only 1 towel. Most of the cupboards had 1 hinge hanging of. Only 1/4 of 1 toilet roll and no coffee or tea sachets on arrival (that would of been a small nice gesture). Nothing to dry the washing up of kitchen plates e.t.c or utensils. Confusion about lift key on arrival as it could not be found. Location and site was excellent tho."

"Good place to stay at for a layover. Cheap, spacious rooms, and they provide breakfast. Place is hard to find and it would help if they had a sign thay said "El Sueno Homestay" outside the Main Gate instead of our driver wondering if this is the place, calling the lady, then her coming outside. The place is pn Muthiaga Lane (Its a Blue sign) and leads all the way to the end on the left. The locals helped us find it. "We came to Nanyuki to visit Ol Pejeta Conservancy. From the moment we arrived and even leading up to our arrival, the staff was amazing. Anthony helped us directly with most things, and he was so accommodating. It was cold and we arrived a bit late, but he had a fire built and ready for us to light if we needed and had hot water bottles on each bed which was so nice.
