"LA Habitación amplia y con una bonita ventana que daba al rio. Buen servicio de desayuno. Muy bien el personal de recepción sobre todo Sophie. Buen gim y piscina cubierta. Cruzabas el puente y estabas en el centro de Kendal.Kendal un poco aburrido con horarios muy restringidos para comer.Cerca de la estación de autobuses para los lagos, bien comunicada."

"Very clean room and breakfast lovely, hot, high quality bacon,sausage etc . Pets welcome in the bar area only Mattress too firm for our choice but this personal to each person . Nice touch of bottled water , various selection of small soaps, shampoo etc and choc biscuits in room . Very busy Friday night for eating so understandably bit of a wait find our table and take orders . Great food and beers ! "

"Amazing weekend.Bit awkward to find as we came in from kendal way ..Sat nav tookus throughmiles of one car wide road but its a paradise corner with stream and garden areas.. Some cottages residential but very friendly especially John..Also has smart TV and excellent wifi ..4 of us on anniversary weekend.Fully recommended.."

"Wonderful location - woods, rivers, fells all available from the doorstep. Swam in Gurnal Dubs on New year's day! Dark sky area so fabulous stars. Well designed, warm, studio and furnished to a high standard. The air fryer was a revelation!Few details would have made it 5 star- plates are cracked, some items were not clean on arrival (chopping board, teapot) and an extra blanket/more logs would have be nice given it was winter. Handsoap, toilet roll, 1 teatowel was available but not enough was...
