"予約していた客室よりグレードアップした客室を用意していただき有難かったです。ホテルの立地条件は自然豊かで、木々があり、早朝の散歩は素敵でした。 スタッフ不足なのか、重い荷物の運搬の手伝いはされなかったです。階段をトランク運ぶ人は大変です。 朝食は野菜が豊富で料理の味も良かったです。飲み物は、美味しかったです。デザートの果物やスイーツは1種類だけで、残念でした。 貸し切り風呂は、15時半から利用できましたが、朝の利用も可能なら嬉しいです。"

"24時間以内にチェックインメールが来ると表示あるも15時になっても来ませんでした。他の部屋にチェックインのお客様が部屋にあるタブレットで楽天に連絡してくれて何とか入室出来ました。あとでわかった事で、予約完了画面の「施設への問い合わせ」から入室ルームナンバー等の表示がありました。 大変分かりづらいでした。"

"家族３人でお邪魔しました 子供がまだ1歳なのでレンジやキッチンがあったのは助かりましたし、広く非日常な空間は私達にも刺激になりました アメニティ(くし、女性用のメイク落としなど)がもう少し置いていただけると助かります また来月か再来月に予約しようと考えております その際はよろしくお願い致します"
