"女性7人で泊まりました。皆さんとても満足していました。 まず、色々なお風呂が有り、楽しんで入ることができました。次に、夕食も朝食も、色彩がきれいで、手が込んでいて丁寧に作られているお料理でした。特に朝食にお粥を作って頂いたのですが、その塩加減が絶妙でした。そして、寝る時のマットや枕も寝やすく、布団に入るとすぐ寝落ちしてしまいました。中居さんが親切でいろいろ気を配ってくださり、気持ち良く過ごすことができました。400年前からあるそうですが、そうじも行き届いていました。 宿 の皆様のおかげで思い出深いいい旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。"

"24時間以内にチェックインメールが来ると表示あるも15時になっても来ませんでした。他の部屋にチェックインのお客様が部屋にあるタブレットで楽天に連絡してくれて何とか入室出来ました。あとでわかった事で、予約完了画面の「施設への問い合わせ」から入室ルームナンバー等の表示がありました。 大変分かりづらいでした。"
