"Reached after the usual check in time. Thank you to staff for passing me the keys still. I like the firm pillows too, room is nice and clean Only downside is nil lift, we had to walk the stairs without our large luggages "

"The wall paint was peeling, and there was no refill of mineral water, soap, and shampoo. We had to request these items at the counter. On one occasion, one of the receptionists mistakenly thought I was asking for more, even though I had been staying there for several days."

"It was a pretty decent hotel, comfortable and big room. The walls were thick but there was some very noisy guests, but that's not the hotel's fault. However, the location was not very convenient, there's a big highway right in front of it and the only way to cross was a walkway that was about 500m from the hotel. Also, not a whole lot to see in the surrounding area."

"It was a pleasant stay. Easy parking due to not a busy roadway. Easy and fast check in. Very polite and helpful receptionist. Room space is limited but is ok for budget hotel. Tidy room and comfortable bed. Aircond is cool and water heater work correctly but sometime the water stop flowing, probably due to air trapped in the pipe. TV channel is basic, just ok. Surrounding location is a plus. Walking distance to AEON mall and many restaurant and facility around."

"I think for overall it's quiet good.. I love the way of design in my room that I've been stayed for 4 days. All the equipments in that room is good as well the TV, the Air-conditioner and the most importantly is the toilet, I able to used as much as I want. I'm really glad with that things but for a bit problems that I've been encountered during my staying there is, it has a mosquitoes around in that room, it's look like mosquito and it's everywhere. So I hope for ur facilities worker can look...

"The price for my stay was very nice for the hotel room. It does seem safe although there are stairs. Not recommended for handicapped people or physically disabled people. Surprisingly, the location is quiet unless if you have loud people in adjacent room. If that's the case, the walls are very thin. Considerable ampount of food and dining options if without transportation since the Bangi Complex Shopping is right there. The facilities are clean enough. No bugs except after rain you will see a...
