"The breakfast buffet was great, enjoyed the pool. Staff were friendly. Rooms were nice and big. Was a little dampened due to the construction and renovation of another wing. Which we were warned about so thats no problem just not as serene as it could have been."

"The staff were amazing. My only critcisim is that the Rasa upgrade didnt meet my expectation. My room faced the carpark and the private breakfast didnt hit the mark as the food options are limited. The afternoon tea and drinks the food again is a let down. There are so many options around and in my opinion could be better!"

"Upon arriving at the hotel, the first impression was very positive. The property is beautiful, well-presented, and the staff were welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient with no issues at all. The room itself was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable—exactly what you would expect from a hotel at this level. Unfortunately, this is where things began to go wrong. That evening, I discovered there was no hot water. I contacted the front desk, and to their credit, they responded quickly and...

"Nice hotel in a quieter part of the town. Room was a bit narrow but love th e shower and the toilet. Staff a bit skeletal crew but did their utmost."

"rooms were good & spacious, although bathroom was a little small. the shaving mirror was hanging off the wall which make it hard to use. the room was quite and sleeping was easy. nice pool area with padded loungers. despite the size of the hotel we allways managed to get somewhere to lounge."

All the staff especially at the club were extremely nice, warm, helpful and very friendly thus made our stay welcoming. "Got a room that was supposed to have sea view but we only got the horizon part as the lower view was obscured by another block (but only 2 storey). Apart from the above, Lone Pine is a superb resort for those who love basking under the shades of tropical trees and pines too, has well maintained and clean facilities, enjoying the serenity of Batu Ferringhi. Food (breakfast) and drinks were very good too. The play room has large TV screen and we actually stayed up till 1am to watch Champions'...
