Wonderful house but very difficult check-in

At the reception the person didn’t give us the keys. The woman said the key wasn’t there. We waited and then went to do groceries. After 2 hours there was another receptionist and that person was nice and gave us our keys. The house was really beautiful. Just as in the description and we had a wonderful stay. Then, back to the reception to return the keys. Again there was the unfriendly woman.. she didn’t give us any receipt of our deposit. We thought we would get it back but she said it’s their usual procedure to send it to a bank account. Still with no deposit receipt we felt unsure.. it was very unpleasant to talk to her. This brought the whole mood down.
