"Clean. Room was very small. Onsen was not as clean as other hotels we stayed at- saw hair and other floaties in the water. Soaps were fine. "家族4人で宿泊させて頂いた。 チェックイン時に少し戸惑ったが、スタッフさんの丁寧な説明で対応していただいた。 部屋まで荷物を運ぶ際、カートのようなものがないので、家族連れの荷物がたくさんあるグループは結構しんどいかなと思った。 次回泊まる際はアウトドアワゴンでも持って行くかな。 それ以外では、清潔な部屋、綺麗な建物、値段、どれを取っても最高だった。"
