"Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is great and near entrances to the train station. There are underground shopping/restaurants near the hotel which can connect to Osaka station. I was confused walking through it but followed signs for "JR" and eventually found my way to Osaka station. "The breakfast area messed up on our count, we went back to the front desk to explained the situation, the manager who passed by overheard the conversation and walked us down to the breakfast area to walk us in. Love the location, staff, breakfast variety. We stayed for 4 nights and missed breakfast 2 days. If we knew from the start how great their breakfast was, we would have not missed it. I got to make my own ramen, iced matcha latte, and they even have a Takoyaki station. "
