Very amazing central location, 5 minute walk from a beach, 20 minute walk from town with many food and shopping opportunities. AMAZING VIEWS of the ocean and sunset reflecting on the water was gorgeous. The place was cute, amenities convenient. These were all great aspects but in truth highs & lows were kindof a roller-coaster. It was apparent that this property may not have been attended to/upgraded in a very long time. Outdated or broken furniture, microwave door broke within first 3 days of stay (was already cracked and seemingly had broken in the past but was repaired with some sort of glue) Fridge would not stay cold (walls were warm) and would condensate constantly. Freezer would not stay cold either, melted perishable items. Freezer (ice section) had mold and rust and some sections of the home did not seem well cleaned between tenants and sections of the home had items from previous tenants (dirty dishes in the closet, shoes and clothes, rugs and items stored in room closets). Not all dishes in cabinets were clean and were obviously not checked before put away) Outdated tv with a flickering/dying problem that needed to be replaced during our stay (all tvs were old and could not be used without much effort). Fire alarm would go off randomly without cooking or any manipulation at ridiculous hours. Again, communion through all of this was amazing, they regularly wrote back and apologized with every concern we had. Overall stay was fine. Nice, bit overpriced, but fine.
