"Such a great hotel for long stay! Front desk staff were lovely and helpful! Housekeeping was amazing and made sure that my room was clean and was restocked with amenities. Hotel itself is surrounded by many tasty food spots and many metro/bus stations! When I come back to Seoul, I’ll make sure to stay in the same hotel for long stay!"

"A typical 4 star residence hotel, although many websites indicated it to be a 5 star hotel. Room was clean but old, and water pressure is unimpressive. The layout is quite inconvenient, given the fact that the bathroom is pretty far from the bedroom (no access to the bathroom directly from the bedroom). The staff was professional and courteous, although at times they were very busy handling multiple guests and residents (this building is shared by hotel guests and the senior residents). ...

"Room was immaculate, staff was amazing and so helpful. We didn't park so can't speak to that, but the service at the front desk was very smooth and efficient. The breakfast is delicious and very convenient but PRICEY so if you want to do that, make sure you book a package where it is included. We loved being next to Lotte World park, the subway station and mall. Would 100% stay here again."

"LIVEの為、会場近くCOEXや駅からも直ぐで便利かと予約。
予想はしていたが大通りに面してるのでちょっと騒音が気になった事、他の方が書かれていた通りタオルがくたびれていた事
お風呂壁にカビやお部屋に入ると変な匂いで掃除が行き届いてない感じでした。

"Hotel was clean, modern & the airport bus stop is just behind the hotel. A 7-11 is across the street so it was great to be able to pick up drinks & snacks anytime. The staff were all professional & very friendly! Just beware if you book a room with 2 beds, that the window is very small & it looks at the wall of the Four Points Sheraton next door.
Slight downside for food was the restaurant next door, for our breakfasts (we paid to have breakfasts included). The place opened only at 9:30am,...

"My sister and I stayed at this hotel for 9 days. The room is pretty clean and the bed was very comfortable . We got 2 free water bottles and 2 slippers every day . Unbelievable , if calculated we got 18 pairs of slippers. Other hotel would give us only one pairs for the entire stay. That’s mean how much they cared. Will come back again next year."

"My first time staying here and I would absolutely stay again the next time I visit Korea. The bed was comfortable. The room itself was great. Although there was 1 day out of the 6 days I stayed there, there was an awful smell but it went away by evening as I was out. The toilet was honestly the best in the room as it was a bidet and had a seat warmer. (lol) The hotel is far from all the touristy spots but I did not mind. The room may be a bit compact for two people. I would highly recommend...
