The staff were incredibly helpful, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to major attractions and nearby public transportation. The room was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

The floor was dusty in the curtain areas that is not easily reachable (i.e. behind the bench where the curtain is). There was dust floating around mid air when I used the hair dryer in the washroom area. The elevators were painfully slow. Often result in long queue waiting for it to come to your floor. Breakfast was decent with plenty of options. There are storage lockers available for the hotel guests which is convenient if you need to leave your luggage behind for a few hours after checking out. Location is convenient and the roads are quite flat so wheeling your suitcases to the hotel is not an issue.

It was amazing, especially the staff. Me and my friend checking in at 10am after not sleeping the night before and they were able to get aus a room within 10 minutes and even gave us complimentary drinks while we waited. It was the best thing they could have done
