The Space:
A fully remodeled 3 bedroom / 2 bath house at the foothills of the Joshua Tree National Park. Villa Sueños invites you to unwind, relax, & reset at our serene desert oasis.

Guest Access:
★ BEDS & BATHS ★
The property can sleep up to 6 guest in 3 different bedrooms. The master bedroom has one king-size bed, a private patio entrance, and an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has another king-size bed.

The third bedroom has queen-size bed.

The guest bathroom can be found next living room. The laundry area has a washer and dryer at the end of the kitchen area.

**PLS NOTE: The starlight projector in the bedroom is currently not working/accessible.

★ KITCHEN & DINING ★
You have access to a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and a French press. Choose to dine indoors by the desert-inspired dining table for 6, or at the larger covered patio table towards the hot tub.

★ LIVING ROOM ★
There is a fully open living room connected to both the kitchen, and the main hallway leading to all 3 bedrooms.

★ OUTDOOR ★
Enjoy the the outdoors as much as possible, here’s where the property shines through in a true desert glory.

Getting Around:
You'll need a car, but there are taxis and rideshares available as well.

Other Things to Note:
◦ THINGS TO NOTE:
Fenced yard: Not fully fenced
Outdoor Surveillance: We have an outdoor camera in the north side of roof/corner of the Eve

◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

◦ RULES:
Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.

◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees

◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.

◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.


◦ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.

☽ - PET FEE
We do welcome dogs with an additional non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet. Please let the host know in advance if you plan to bring pets. No cats allowed.

☽ - WEDDINGS & SPECIAL EVENTS
If you're interested in having a wedding or special event please let us know. There are additional fees, contracts, etc.
