"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."

"At check in they gave me the keys to a room someone was already in. I walked in on someone. It was a very awkward situation that I wasn't very happy with. That encounter could have been dangerous. The place is nice I've stayed twice already free valet, clean rooms, nice price. But that mix up was annoying."

"This property is not new, but it looks as though it's been remodeled, the room was very clean, the lobby is modest but clean and functional. I'm not used to talking to the desk attendant through a glass, but I also understand the need for it, considering the area. The only issue I had with the room was the bathroom door.
