"Great customer services "

"Overall, I had a good stay at this accommodation. It is centrally located in Chinatown, right next to a very lively street where a market takes place. As a result, the area is busy from early in the morning until quite late at night. However, I requested a quiet room and was given one, which I really appreciated. The room itself was quite basic and sparsely furnished, with only a relatively small window. The interior felt rather cold and lacked a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom was...

"Habitación muy limpia y personal muy amable. Perfecto"

"Love this hotel "

"Great food and drink options. Rooms looked clean and fine. But toilet and bathroom was clogged, asked someone to come via phone but no one showed up in the end so we just left it at that. Lovely place but the room amenities and service attentiveness should be better"

"Location great. Bedsheet have stain"

The walls were peeling, the towels were stained, the kitchen stovetop was turned off because they said they don’t want us to cook so instead gave one cooktop induction oven. I immediately started looking for somewhere else to stay and left within an hour."
