Hoteles cápsula en Isle of Mull

"Days before arrival, I requested a travel cot (offered by the host) to be delivered to the apartment since there were 3 adults in our reservation. I was assured the cot would be there when we arrived. When we arrived, there was no cot, no linens for the sofa, and only 2 towels. Immediately, I contacted the host, and we were assured those items would be delivered. It was the next day, midday, before we received them. We were exhausted and just needed sleep, not to cram into a bed or sleep on a...

"The apartment was very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and the owners have thought of every last detail to make the stay absolutely perfect. We had one double room and the bathroom and our Mum had the other double bedroom with ensuite. She has mobility issues and can get into a shower cubical but not a bath with overhead shower so it made it great for her. The owners even left a bag of ice in the freezer!Apart from the excellent accommodation, the views of Tobermory high street and the...

"Great location! Fit our needs perfectly"

"This accommodation is very remote. But really nice. The rooms are large and clean with nice en-suite facilities and the dining room - in an extended sun room - is spacious and comfortable. Very well run by a lovely couple we enjoyed our stay. Take dinner here - it’s very good value and enjoyable."

"Hotel was very nicely laid out and staff friendly. Onsite parking provided, at a cost of £10 per day. It would have been nice if this was made clear at time of booking. Problem with TV. I had to fully reset and retune to enable it to operate. Reception staff did try, but were too busy (and probably under staffed) to spend time fixing. Suggest this is part of check list for hotel prior to new guests. Wi-Fi not the best managed to get 2 bars at best. Room noisy in morning as hotel is on busy...

"Good staff, good location "

"Outstanding property, superb service, best breakfast!!!"

"very homelike and near the port"
