"We liked the condo and really liked Tybee Island. The condo was clean and very well appointed. All appliances were in great shape. It was difficult to get our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. We were on the 3rd floor. It was very difficult to contact management when we had questions. ..."

"Couch was covered in sand. Crumbs were in the gasket of the fridge. Hornet nest in the porch fan and sliding glass frame. No lock for the sloding glass frame. "Rooms were clean but the windows were filthy. Pool and beach were clean.The layout of the condo complex was terrible.
