"We loved where we stayed!! The location was wonderful however for some reason we had a handicap room that was the only thing we didn’t understand about it but we managed it and enjoyed our stay."

"I travel to Tybee many times. This hotel didn’t live up to the hype. My room was very dirty - you can tell they did a quick clean over (sand still tub, sand all over floor, stained bedding) and the air didn’t work all that well (set to 70 upon arrival and changed to 67 when I got to my room by next morning the temp never dropped below 69). Fine for a one night, convent stay, but definitely not worth the premium price they charge"

"I liked the location. The beach was great. I did not appreciate a fee for beach chairs and umbrellas, especially since we paid a resort fee. I don’t think the hotel is very clean. The same garbage was on the floor in front of our room the whole time. Our room was not cleaned when we checked in (pee in the toilet, lettuce on the counter, floors not vacuumed). The manager made it right but it took a LONG time and we had driven 10 hours to get there! I expected more for the price of this hotel."

"We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. We went down to the front desk who was aware of the issue and had said nothing during the duration, and the most they offered was to remove the resort fee...

"Has a parking garage so you don't have to park outside and walk in. They have luggage carriers right at the elevator. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping comes every other day. They have a small restaurant down in the lobby and a coffee bar. I enjoyed my stay there very relaxing!"

"The beach house is located in a Great spot for families who are interested in spending time in the ocean and on the sand… As well as having a beautiful pool for swimming and lounging. The rooms are comfortable if you book a junior suite. The standard rooms feel a little musty and dated. The junior suites have ample room, are well decorated and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and were very helpful and accommodating us with a walk-in shower due to elderly family members traveling with us. We...

"The property was beautiful and well kept. The valet was polite and helpful. They never offered a name so I cannot call them out in praise by name. Some of the front desk staff was extremely polite however some seemed as if it was a bother to ask a question. This was sad because I have stayed here several times and never experienced this before."
