"Staff - wow even the cleaner helped me find my room and I was on the wrong floor! The dinner/breakfast room service staff just lovely. The car valet young man who declined my offer of a tip but said “thanks for thinking to offer” - just great great staff at the heart of this place. Glad to be back ..."

"Nice welcome at check-in from the 2 people on the desk. The room was spacious and comfortable, modern decor and a reasonable view. Dinner in the Forrester Restaurant was also very good and great service given by Thea and Sebastian. This is a nice, well priced and well appointed inner city hotel. ..."

"overall beautiful establishment I had trouble with check in wasn't told their would be a bond and to leave a credit card at reception and then fire alarms went off early in the morning and the whole hotel had to be evacuated for about an hour so next stay I'd like to experience a better stay ."

"Great location and spacious rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly and price was very reasonable for a weekend stay in the CBD. Only downside was that the rooms on lower levels on street side of the hotel can be pretty noisy."
