"Adorable, spacious, and walkable. The kitchen was well stocked with all needs. We walked to the Seafood shop, cooked mussells and clams on the grill and loved Brickley's Ice Cream just down the street. Quaint town within steps of the house and cute cafes and shops of Wakefield. Just a mile to the wedding venue (Shepherd's Run) as well as a Welcome Party at the Surf Shack. Scarborough Beach was close and affordable for non-residents. It was a wonderful trip."

"This cottage was exactly as described and Maria could not have been more accommodating. We needed a place for a wedding that wrapped a weekend (ie not a Sat-Sat or Sun-Sun requirement) and Maria permitted it. Would definitely rent again."

"Connie is an incredible host! Her home is cozy, cute, and in an excellent location with reserved parking, which made everything so easy. She has really thought of everything . The lovely little lights along the stairs were such a welcome touch, especially in an unfamiliar setting. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom even had every kind of extra essential in case you forgot something or need beach towels and chairs for a trip down to the water. "This waterfront home was beautiful--the pictures don't do it justice! We enjoyed our time exploring Rhode Island and using this nicely located home as our base. "DO NOT STAY HERE! It is like staying in a parking lot and the bathroom smells like a sewer. The three of us (all VRBO hosts) paid for three nights but left after one. We requested a partial refund, but were denied. We were unable to get the power working, so no lights, no phone chargers, no running water. The outdoor railings were not properly secured and the inside steps were not secured at all, making the entire boat unsafe. We were given water in a used container with no seal on the plastic...

"The house was immaculate, it’s lovely. The yard is not huge, but enough for the kids and some adults to kick around the soccer ball and play tag. The house was very well stocked. The kitchen had both informal and more formal dishes as well as plenty of serving and cookware. Everything was clearly well maintained andin great order. Additionally,communication was fabulous. Thank you to the host so very much for opening your house."
