The staff was great, super helpful and nice. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was delicious. I was however, disappointed that we were not able to use the jacuzzi.

It is a great place to relax and unwind. It is a small island; the hotel has only eight guest rooms and welcomes day trippers between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. After 3:00 p.m., the island is left entirely to the overnight guests. During my stay, there were only four guests, which I loved. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless, and the air conditioning worked well; the views, food, and cocktails were all excellent, and I give the service a 10 overall. The only thing I would recommend improving is communication regarding transportation. We had a minor issue, but they handled it professionally. I also think the island is best suited for couples; I was traveling with a friend and thought it would be easy to switch to a room with two beds, but I was told that all the rooms had only one bed, though I didn't mind sharing the bed with my friend. I recommend Pao

Great option in a terrific location in the walled city. Gave our family a chance to spread out and get some laundry done before the next leg of our journey. Property has charm and was renovated to a high standard. Breakfast was included and while it wasn’t spectacular, there were multiple options and was consistently good. Would highly recommend as a two bedroom hotel option at a very reasonable price.

Everything was great! Despite all the reviews, the food was AMAZING! The service great! The only thing i would make a note of was they have a bird named Coco and if she doesn’t like you, she’ll chase you! (First hand experience) but overall, 10/10 would recommend!!!

The property was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were more than comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and it worked for every person in our family. We have different tastes and different ideas of breakfast and every bites was absolutely delicious. The staff: everyone was very cordial, professional, and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure the stay is the best. Rooftop was incredible to lounge, read a book, a quick splash, or to watch the sunset. I had the opportunity to visit the spa for a massage and a body treatment. Vivianis was great!!! Definitely take the opportunity to book your time to relax. Location is good. Close to everything but far from the chaos. We will comeback because two nights were not enough. We traveled with our kids this time. Cartagena never disappoints and Hotel Casa Don Luis made our visit an absolute dream.
