"I was very excited about my stay until I arrived at the condo. The good: Close to beach, zoo, aquarium, and shopping. The bad: The beds were very uncomfortable and mine had bed bugs (my legs were bitten quite a bit), the shower water was inconsistent (hot/cold/hot), and there was a smell of musty mold throughout the hallways. The garage is very tight so be cautious driving through for parking. There are no stairs, only elevators which are often full so you will be waiting for 2 or 3 elevators if...

"Room was very nice . The vie w was awesome. Nice quite no one bothered you. Security was very nice to see there. There is a bus stop there if you don’t have a car. It’s peaceful and beautiful."

"The view was beautiful to the beaches and shoreline. Beach accessories were provided which helped tremendously! The room was ok, but outdated. The bedroom TV never worked, so we only had one working TV in the condo. Towels were not up to par. Only given 6 wash towels and 4 bath towels for a week long stay. Although access to laundry was available, the were pay operated. Parking also had to be paid even after paying to stay! Bedroom sheets were dingy as well. I didn’t receive the instructions...

"Great view! Hotel will not provide towels. Bring your own towel. Bring your own coffee for the coffee maker, or plan on the Starbucks down stairs. Had some long waits for the elevator. Used the stairs for the ice machine. The Signature restaurant on the top floor was amazing. My reservation was changed two days before my trip but the new arrangements worked better for our itinerary anyway."

"Beautiful location very walkable between the resorts chill environment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The marketplace has lots to offer. The lagoons offer a beautiful safe and relaxed way to enjoy the ocean. This was a highlight for sure. We sure hope to be back to this hidden gem."
