"Exterior of the property, amenities and common areas are nice but depending on the room you get it's a toss up. First room we had on the 10th floor smelled of sewage and mold. The second room on the 7th floor had 1 broken ac in the bedroom. The front desk staff tried their best but what can you do when upper management is no where to be found. The hallways on all floors except the ground level were hot, no ac. The property has potential but when not properly maintained and cheap material is used...
