"My stay was disappointing overall. I arrived around 8:30 p.m. and found the front desk closed, which was unexpected. Fortunately, a security staff member escorted me to my room. The room itself is quite dated, with old furniture and worn finishes. The air conditioner was both noisy and struggled to keep the room comfortably cool. I also found the restaurant photos to be misleading. They give the impression that the restaurant is located on the property, when in fact it is not. On the positive...

"We had an upcharge for resort amenities at check in that I would suggest to just include in the booking rate instead of getting surprised at check in. Suggest having more than one hooks to hang towels in bathroom Add mirror in second bedroom. Extremely small elevator very slow. Food was good Beach chairs were plenty so didn’t have to rush to get seats"

Like the pool bar closes at 7 but the pool stays open until 8. I barely saw anyone in the pool. It leaves a little to be desired. "Cleaning and front desk staff were amazing. We checked in early and asked for a room on a higher level. The front desk male person checked with his manager and then moved us to a higher level. Realizing the hotel is very old we were disappointed in the room. The size of the living/dinins room were great. The bed and linens were dated and not very comfortable. the bed spread looks like it is from the 60s. The sofa and side chairs were dated too and appeared to be worn. I used a towel."
