"The property has charm, and the garden and courtyard are nice. The location is convenient for exploring Anacapri, and the hosts were kind and responsive. They were also very accommodating in allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, from the time we arrived there was a very strong and unpleasant sewage/urine-like smell in the bathroom. "This property had only one review by the time we booked it. We took the risk of reserving it and it ended up being the BEST choice ever for our 3 nights at Capri. Giada (host) was very responsive even weeks before our trip. Getting to the residence was a bit tricky but Giada provides a very helpful well-organized Google document with a video link on how to get there. Upon arrival, the apartment was very clean, it had a working washing machine to clean our clothes right after a long beach day,...

We got there around 4/5pm and there were no signs for the entrance/lobby, and when we finally found the area, nobody was there and we had to try and connect to the wifi to call someone to ask how to check in. They told us on the phone that the key was already in the door of our room. It would’ve been nice to know beforehand that there was no staff!"
