"Wonderful place ! You can walk to a lot of shops and restaurants. Our family and friends had so much fun and plenty of room. Totally worth it!"

"The property clearly had an issue with moisture. It smelled like mold and mildew. We ran the AC and the dehumidifier. It wasn't good. One of the beds was not in good condition and it felt like a spring would poke you. The entire property is dated and not in great overall condition. We would not stay there again. We actually left a night early. "

"The house was perfect for my family while attending the Newport Jazz Festival. It was a fantastic space where we had enough room to bond and decompress from long days listening to fantastic music. The space was clean, comfortable, and we easily felt right at home quickly. The neighborhood was beautiful and the amenities were lovely. "Modern appointments in a beach community make it a stellar vacation spot. The dock was perfect for fishing.The home had a slight washing machine issue that was hard to fix but landlord responded quickly. The AC was amazing as we had a few days of really high heat and humidity. The children had a great time exploring the marshes. The area has great restaurants. The beaches were delightful and parking was easy."

"The property was very nice and accommodated us well. We had a wonderful family reunion and enjoyed the location of the house which was close to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. The outdoor space was great! The park was nearby and very nice as well. My two comments would be the kitchen prep area was smaller than expected. We did pay for a late checkout but received a text our last morning that we were to check out at 10 am. , which was unexpected and had us hustling to get everything in...

"This home is a wonderful location for a visit to Narrangansett and activities nearby, including easily walkable to the beach! The house was very clean, had comfortable beds, and was very spacious. The large yard was relaxing, with two large tables to enjoy breakfast and other outdoor meals together. We also appreciated that there was lots of parking available at the house.
