Gorgeous, well maintained property on quiet street

Pulling into the driveway of this home, you feel like you are in Watch Hill. The stone walls, perfectly maintained landscaping, outdoor fire pit and porch exude luxury resort. The well appointed kitchen, large dining table and seating areas provide ample space to relax and enjoy meals. So happy to have found a wonderful place close to the beach and everything you need.

Property is absolutely stunning, everything clean and pristine hosts very welcoming, Kind and generous brought us dinner one night and some beautiful garden, grown vegetables and another day… The pool area is heavenly… Everything is a stone thrown away, … Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. We loved our stay at Terri and Ricardo property! Immaculate new house, very cleaned, peaceful and my girls loved the pool! The pool slide was a hit! Amazing hospitality and the host always there for any questions or needs. One of the best places we have ever been so far. Close to beaches, hiking trails and main tons. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful home, friendly host

Our family stayed the weekend and we were a mix of adults and school-age children. The home is beautiful, clean, and has e truth IG you need. The property is lovely and the pool is so nice to have. Close to beaches and easy access to shopping. Ricardo was super nice, too! So glad we chose to stay here!

Beautiful quiet location; shared pool experience worked out; Terry and Ric very accommodating. 15 minutes to beach… many to choose from. Hiked in surrounding area. Would go back with my family.

Our stay was nice , due to the rain we’re committed to indoors but enjoyed cooking on the grill and use the kitchen that had all utensil that you would need . Enjoyed watching movies on the TV. We all slept comfortably. The next day we enjoy the the awesome Sandcastles at Misquamicut. Hope to stay again and able to use the beautiful yard and appreciate the landscape . Lovely property

New, clean, quiet and perfect for our group. We went down to the area for a golf weekend and were lucky enough to find this place. Everything about it was top notch. We definitely plan on returning for another golf weekend in the future and are hopeful to get to use the back patio area a bit more, we had some consistent rain this time around.

Such nice people and a beautiful property!!!!

The owners were incredibly nice and helpful. They helped with the pool slide when we wanted to use it and even gave us fresh produce from the garden!! The house, property and pool were gorgeous. The house was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable and the place was so welcoming. I highly recommend this place!!!

Terrific home and hosts

Ricardo and Terri's home is a wonderful find- close to the wedding we attended in Charlestown, beaches, restaurants. The house is great- brand new and has plenty of space. Grounds are immaculate, and the kids really enjoyed the pool! An unexpected upside was Ricardo's jerk chicken BBQ and the fresh veggie from their garden- a very nice touch. They have certainly put alot into the property and it shows. Great place!

Special little spot

Brand new house, and a perfect little hideout spot for our family. We were in town for a family reunion and this accommodated us (and our dog) better than a hotel! Ricardo & Terri are very accommodating hosts and have created a special spot. Very relaxing back yard. Thanks!

Perfect Staycation Getaway

The owners were very accommodating and friendly! The property itself is beautiful and is located in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently located near the beaches, restaurants and amenities. The pool area was amazing and super spacious. It was such a good and relaxing time/environment that we didn’t want to leave! Hopefully we’ll get the chance to book with Rick and Terri again in the future!

Incredible Property

This was the nicest, cleanest, most well stocked property I've ever stayed in! The beds were very comfortable, there was an abundance of towels, TP/PT, coffee, you name it, it was there! The hosts go above and beyond to make your stay one to remember! I will 100% be renting this property again! It is perfect for families or groups of friends! Thank you to the hosts, extremely thoughtful and two of the nicest people I've ever met!
