"Bait and switch. The pictures look good but the place was a dump and the whole building smelled like garbage. The building was like a college dorm - beat up with a non functioning elevator. Dealing with customer service was a complete nightmare as their check in process was awful and when I had a problem, it just got worse. When I got to the property, I realized I had a big problem on my hands and checked into a hotel nearby. Stay far away from this place and Company as even though they agreed...

"Super easy check in. Extremely clean. Great location. Very safe area. Cool walking path just behind property. Lots of food, beverage stores, grocery stores within a mile.
