"It was a cute little house. Only one night stay. Nice of porch and light inside on for arrival. Plenty of towels for 3 guest to use. Nice size rooms with tv. However, with using them very limited shows to watch without having to sign into your own things, so for one night wanst worth that all. The beds were great for the queen and the full. The twin prob would be better for a kid, the mattress was a little thin and not comfortable for an adult that was there. Nice that coffee and supplies there....

"This is my second stay. There is absolutely nothing to suggest! It is perfect! Especially like the touches like plenty of coffee, paper towels, trash bags, and SUPER fast response if you ask for anything! Best, it preserves the wonderful nearby neighborhood by keeping the classic architecture."

"The property was exactly as described. It made for a perfect long weekend of biking and exploring the city. We enjoyed the backyard, especially the fire pit, each morning and evening.The hosts were fantastic. Good communication about the check in and check out process. Very helpful with questions during our stay. We highly recommend!"

"This property was close to downtown. It is just as described and was great for a weekend stay with 3 teens and my husband and myself. The master bed was comfortable and the “kids” said their rooms and bathroom were good. Was a lot easier than multiple hotel rooms! Nicholas was very easy to deal with and replied promptly when I had a question. I would stay here again and probably will since daughter attending Butler. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage for our weekend aeay. It was just right for 3 adults, as we walked to downtown, enjoyed the restaurants and shopping. We took in a concert with an easy Uber ride to Ruoff Music Center. If ever in area i would stay again."

"Our group of Navy Vets LOVED IT. Great location, and the house is very comfortable. Everyone said it felt like HOME. Firepit chats, great kitchen, and basement to gather in.Would do it again."
