"It was awful. Nobody was there to check us in, the room wasn’t ready and they had the wrong reservation details (they said we didn’t book for an AC room with a washing machine when we did). 3 days after check in they called and said we had overstayed the reservation, when we still had another full day to go! "Perfect for our 3 day trip to mumbai from the uk, very spacious room with everything we needed, easy access to taxis via uber never waited longer than 4mins, close to airport and other great places to visit, local park around back which was nice to see the locals playing crickets etc. Pool was clean and easy to arrange access, felt secure and safe in the building, would definatly come back again"

"No consiguen tener un servicio de atención al cliente constante entre todos los empleados algunos atienden muy bien, y otros no tanto pero seguramente es porque nadie les explicó porque voluntad creo que tienen. También noté que conversa mucho entre ellos en los diferentes sectores cuidando al cliente y a comer a los dos restaurantes me sorprendió que en el restaurante japonés dos o tres personas levantando los brazos para ser atendidos a la consulta que tenía. Bueno términos generales está bien, que no se malinterprete pero para la cantidad de trabajadores que hay en nueva Delhi queriendo trabajar en ese hotel deberían estar todos alineados/ Slds "
