"The level of security, keypad lock entries and gated garage parking, helped me feel safe as a woman traveling alone. All the upgrades to the building and my apartment were beautiful. Bed was super comfortable. Apartment is spacious. Management staff were very friendly and helpful, both on-line and in person on-site. Yes, the building was next to the flight path for planes landing in San Diego, but you barely noticed when the windows were closed. I would stay again!"

"This property exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect beach vacation stay for the three of us! The location was ideal for everything we had planned. Kirk was an incredible host, answering any questions we had quickly & accommodated all our needs. We ended up wanting to stay another day & luckily Kirk was able to allow us to do so! He also had the property stocked with essentials, plenty of extra blankets, etc. We loved our time here & will definitely be looking to book again the next time...

"Great location for the money. Literally one block to the sands and ocean. One short block to Belmont Park with tons of rides. Less than a block to the shops and restaurants and a Starbucks Nextdoor! Lol. Mission Bay was right across the street and has a little park. The condo itself was small but very cute with a cute patio, very clean.
