"We needed an overnight place to stay for an out of town wedding that would fit 10 people comfortably. This house was better than we imagined. Clean, plenty of space, and the owner thought of everything you might need to make you comfortable. An easy check in process gave us the perfect resting space before we headed home the next day.
We all agreed if we ever need a place to stay in the future, we would definitely stay at this house again!"

"The apartment was very roomy and stocked with all household and kitchen essentials, including coffee! The neighborhood was quiet and close to Cooperstown and Utica. Jacob was very accommodating and responsive to my communication. The apartment was appropriate for people who like to travel with their dogs, rather than leaving them behind. Thank you, Jacob!"
