Had some issues at check in that worked out but did cause frustration. Though many items in the home were brand new, there were things that were falling apart or not yet fixed; such as the common bathroom shower hot water knob did not work. (Actually fell off) The cracks in the flooring caused tripping. The furniture was newer. Basic kitchen items, so gourmet cook come prepared. Barbecue was unusable, missing half of the rack. Owner responded to emails fairly quickly, would suggest a number people can reach them at quicker. Did enjoy the time there though, being with family, even caught a fish!

It was a nice home if not a little sparse. We reported some issues to the property manager and he tried to correct them for us from CA which was appreciated. It just really was dirty - drawers empty with crumbs inside. The floors left our feet black and there were noticeable spatters on the walls in bathroom. The couch was stained and smelled of animal accidents and the rug in the living room was full if pet hair and smelled bad. The property itself was delightful with lots of fun to be had outside and comfortable beds. Showers had good pressure. If they can hire a new cleaning service, they should be in good shape!

Overall Great experience

4 adults stayed at this house for my nieces graduation. It was fine for our needs. When we arrived the grass had not been cut but it was cut the next day so it wasn’t an issue. Internet is satellite internet and the TV is Internet TV so not super fast but didn’t affect our enjoyment of the property. All the rooms are large. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked with everything we needed and it was very clean. Would definitely stay here again

Family Vacation

Our family - 5 adults and 1 toddler - visits a new destination each year for a vacation. This particular destination is one of our top places we have stayed. The kitchen was spacious and was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. The appliances were clean and easy to use. Bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable. The property was beautiful, kiddo liked to walk around and look at everything, especially the cows across the street. Overall we had a great stay here!

Family Reunion

I had my son, and my new daughter come up with their newborn to stay so we could visit and meet my old friend down the street. The house was fine. I think the doors could be done better with a lock made for a single knob door. Could not figure out how to get into the sunroom but we didn't need it. Overall, I will rent again when I come into town. The new Yurts will be interesting if they are finished soon.

Family get together

It was perfect for our family. Lots of room. Grand kids loved the air hockey game. The puzzles were fun but the games were missing pieces. Huge kitchen space. Beds were comfy. Very nice area for our pet. The only negative issue was the front door. No door knob on the inside creates a very difficult issue.

Great Property Horrible Execution

Single digit WiFi speeds, not cleaned from previous renters, wrong info communicated multiple times, ignores questions, horrendous cancellation policy, 1 single knife. Just all around a bad experience. Dogs loved the huge property and it’s close to family I was visiting would be the only nice things to say about this place.
