There were three luggage carts and two were triangular in shape and too small to be useful. It would be worth it for the hotel to buy larger more standard sized luggage carts. The bedside table lamp was not working I checked the plug and it never came on, that is an inconvenience for someone that needs that light. The shower head is very old the water pipe the shower head was attached to was wobbly. The associate when I checked in gave horrible directions to my room and the way the rooms are numbered makes no sense. I walked down several hallways until I finally found my room. "We spent two nights and had a pleasant stay overall. Very clean, beds where comfortable and it was quiet at night. The staff went out their way to accommodate us with a crib and Rhea was helpful at the front desk. About a 10 min walk to Notre Dame. Would stay again."

"The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook a meal, pantry space for goods and a full size fridge. There was complimentary coffee pods and some snacks which was nice.
