A modern barnhouse offers a single-floor open concept home with rejuvenating indoor/outdoor living spaces. A place for friends & family to hit the slopes, view fall foliage, springtime hikes, and enjoy warming summer mornings sipping freshly brewed coffee and star gazing at night. A keyless entry provides guest access to the private home.

LIVING/DINING ROOM:
The Great Room enables true connection between its’ guests to relax, cook and dine together in one beautifully designed tranquil space. Slide open the two 8-foot-wide sliding glass doors give way to fresh mountain air and the exterior patio and unparalleled views of Hunter Mountain. Automatic blinds make it simple to unveil the view or switch to privacy mode.

Lounge on the deep leather couch and 2 comfortable chairs while you take in the scenery, cozy up by the fire or binge watch your favorite show.

A Samsung 70” smart TV has cable programming and is ready to connect to any of your preferred streaming apps. Enjoy your favorite playlist on the Sonos sound bar, flip a switch to turn on the propane fireplace and pour yourself a glass of wine or hot tea to instantly slip into that cozy mountain vibe.

A West Elm dining set with seating for 8 is the perfect place to gather around and share a meal with family and friends.

KITCHEN:
A custom-designed chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line Fisher & Paykel refrigerator, electric stovetop, oven and Frigidaire dishwasher & microwave. Hydrate with clean crisp drinking water, provided by a reverse osmosis dispenser, removing the need to buy bottled water. The oversized island is a perfect place to gather or display freshly picked wildflowers. Other essentials include a Breville Grind Control coffee machine (compatible with whole beans or ground - we provide some beans to get your started!) as well as a Nespresso by Breville Vertuo coffee machine (BYOPods – Vertuo Pods), blender, toaster, tea kettle, and a wide array of serving flatware, charcuterie boards, cocktail strainer and more.

A walk-in pantry is located off the kitchen with ample shelving for grocery storage, kitchen necessities, laundry area with a Maytag washer & dryer, laundry necessities, iron, ironing pad, cleaning supplies, fire extinguisher and more.

BEDROOMS (4 bedrooms - 5 beds):
1 King Bedroom/Mountainside: The primary suite features a private full bath, high ceilings, a luxurious sleigh king bed with plush mattress, pillows and linens, 50” Vizio Smart TV ready to connect to any of your preferred streaming apps, individual HVAC unit, full-length mirror, large closet, an 6-foot-wide sliding glass door to the patio, black out shades and views of the mountain.

1 Queen Bedroom/Mountainside: A zen retreat with a queen bed, plush mattress, pillows and linens, individual HVAC unit, full-length mirror, large closet, an 6-foot-wide sliding glass door to the patio, black out shades and views of the mountain.

1 Bunk Room/Mountainside: A cozy bunk room with two twin beds, desk workspace, individual HVAC unit, a 6-foot-wide sliding glass door to the patio, black out shades and views of the mountain.

A Lotus Pack & Play travel crib by Guava + sheet and mamas & papas baby/toddler booster chair available for use at no extra charge (both items to be used as directed by manufacturer).

BATHROOMS:
We have 2 beautifully designed full baths, one main and one private ensuite bathroom. Each are stocked with fresh white supple towels, shampoo, conditioner, and hand & body soaps and a hair dryer. Floating white oak vanities and heated floors give the bathrooms a modern finish.

WORKSPACES:
High Speed wifi throughout the house makes connecting easy, although we recommend unplugging as much as you can. The bunk bedroom offers a work desk or get situated at the large dining table or the outdoor patio for be truly inspired while working remote.

OUTDOOR:
Our expansive 560-square-foot deck provides direct views of Hunter Mountain and a great place to unwind and entertain. The deck is TimberTech deck, so no splinters happening here.

A Weber Spirit propane grill is available for your grilling pleasure, along with an 8 person outdoor dining table, and separate lounging chairs. Take a step down and walk along the stone pathway to the Chimenea area to cozy up to a campfire, share stories and laughs. We provide a bundle of firewood for each reservation!

There is ample parking for 4+ cars in the private drive.
