"The property was great, the stairs are very difficult to go down but with the size of the chalet I can understand why it is the way it is. Parking was right outside our door which was nice when unloading and loading the car. When we first got there, the room was very warm, but after opening both the upstairs and downstairs windows it cooled off pretty quickly. We saw several deer walk by our window which was fun to watch. We had no issue with noise, even though there were people staying in the...

"Great place to stay, and would definitely stay again. Really nice place and a really nice area out back with fire pit, and easy access to the beach. They have a nice grill. Pictures and description need updates on Vrbo, due to TV being bigger and better than the description, and it also has a Roku, which is great. Needs a sign on side of the fridge, to point out the light switch hidden behind it."

"I loved how my dogs could roam the yard due do it being fenced! It felt homey and comfortable. It had everything we needed and owner answered my questions very quickly. Only thing I wished for is a four person sized table and chairs so we could have had the room to play cards or board games, and a little more room to eat. We’ll bring our folding card table and chairs along next visit. We’ll be back for sure!"

"The TV did not work. Had to buy DVDs to play. Left front burner doesn't get hot enough and the oven knob has no temperature for cooking on it. I was told one price and charged another. Would never stay again as it had too many steps and would not get the TV to work "

"Nice spot that's very close to the beach access, walkable to the beach. The space was adequate for 6 of us, though one had to sleep on the couch (a sleeper sofa would be awesome). Deck to the bwck area with dedicated smoking area further out. Gas bbq! Kitchen has everything you could need for a multi-night stay. Very happy and would come back in a heartbeat!"

"Need to hire a maintenance crew. Furniture outdated and rock hard. Living room couch is probably from the early 80’s with a hide-a-bed. Felt like you were sitting on springs. Shower grout was brown! Bed was ok if you like sleeping on plywood. This room ran me 421 and some change. VRBO this is not a 400 dollar stay and I really expected higher."

"This was a wonderful house for a large group. There were 9 of us so we had our own space when wanted and yet a great gathering room when we got together. The kitchen is well equipped and the location was outstanding. A wonderful view of the ocean as well as a back yard with a great fire pit and areas if you wanted to just go out, sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery. "
