This bright, cozy carriage house is a great fit for two guests looking to slow down in Seabrook. Tucked into the Farm District, it offers easy mornings, beautiful natural light, and peaceful sunset views across the pasture.

Designed for two guests, High Tide Green Grass is a second-floor carriage house located above the garage, with the owners living in the main home on the property. It offers privacy, comfort, and an easy pace, while still being close to everything Seabrook has to offer.

Outdoor Space:
Enjoy a private second-floor balcony overlooking the pasture in Seabrook’s Farm District. This quiet area of town is just a 10-minute walk to the Town Center and a 15-minute walk to the beach, with community fire pits, walking paths, and recreation areas close by.

Kitchen & Dining:
The full kitchen is well stocked and ideal for simple meals at home, with a range and oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishes, and flatware. The dining area sits near the windows, making it a lovely place to enjoy meals while taking in the view.

Coffee Bar:
The coffee bar includes a coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea kettle, along with sugar and creamer for your stay.

Living Room:
The living space is comfortable and relaxed, with eclectic furnishings, a full-size couch, and plenty of natural light. Enjoy the 40-inch HD TV with cable, a BluRay/DVD player, WiFi, or choose from a small collection of books, movies, and games for a quiet night in.

The bedroom offers a queen size Purple mattress and a quiet, light-filled space with an attached bathroom that is stocked with the essentials for a comfortable stay.
